    Abstrak

This community development initiative aims to optimize the potential of stingless bee honey-based halal agroedutourism by empowering local micro and small enterprises. The program addresses critical constraints, including limited institutional capacity, suboptimal use of natural resources, and deficient digital literacy among local entrepreneurs. Strategic interventions encompassed training on the Halal Product Assurance System, digital marketing strategies, content planning, and intensive mentoring for both halal certification and Business Identification Number procurement. Analysis using a paired t-test showed a statistically significant increase in participants’ knowledge (p < 0.0001), with a large effect size (dz = 0.83). These results demonstrate the program’s effectiveness in significantly improving human resource competencies. In addition to enhancing micro, small, and medium enterprises competitiveness, this initiative implements the Trickle-Down Theory by developing strategic sectors to foster an inclusive economy. The program also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically in the areas of health, economic growth, sustainable communities, and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Overall, the integration of community empowerment and the strengthening of the halal ecosystem serve as a sustainable model for rural development.
